Original Brief: Design typographic illustrations that visually capture each core team value, serving as daily inspiration for a large team of creatives. These were presented at our annual on-site and displayed throughout the office.
Process and Execution: I collaborated closely with creative directors to conceptualize a unifying theme that would resonate with the team, ultimately deciding on the diverse aesthetics of music genres. To bring this vision to life, I researched and selected typefaces and album art styles that embodied genres ranging from jazz to punk to hip-hop, aligning each with a specific core value.
Impact: The typographic illustrations transformed the office environment, infusing the space with vibrant, genre-inspired designs that reminded the team of our shared values and commitment to creativity.
